Why should I stop using Aliexpress?

We hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you have been overpaying for your product and shipping cost. AliExpress and other sourcing agents sometimes have multiple middle men, and other costs that they have to factor into your unit price. Not only are you stuck paying a high price, but chances are that you are also still using outdated, untrustworthy shipping methods that cause your end customer to suffer, and your brand name to be diminished. By using Fulfilling, you get to utilize our in house sourcing team that goes directly to the manufacturer to negotiate your product cost. We have been developing relationships and trust with these factories for years, and you get to reap the benefits of that relationship. We assume the risk by buying your inventory bulk directly from the source and letting you continue to operate using the dropshipping fulfillment model. We then perform quality control and fulfill everything in house. As a result of the savings, we are able to utilize our custom shipping lines and express shipping methods at a competitive price similar to other AliExpress suppliers or sourcing agents still only offering e-packet shipping.

Do I need to place bulk orders?

No. We assume the risk associated with placing a bulk order for your business. You are only charged for the product and shipping when a customer places an order on your store. Our ERP system can predict your store's volume, so we will always keep enough inventory on hand… all you have to do is scale.

How does Fulfilling integrate into my store?

With a few clicks our custom software will be downloaded onto your Shopify site.

Do you offer custom packaging?

Yes, speak to your personal account manager. We have an in house design team ready to get you hooked up with custom packaging.

How do I know my products are good quality?

We have developed relationships with the top factories in China. Not only do we use the best of the best, but we also utilize an in-house quality control team to maintain top quality. We are happy to priority ship samples to members of Fulfilling as well.

Do I have to send CSV files or manually fulfill my products?

You can choose to do manual fulfillment or automatic fulfillment based on what fits your store’s needs best.

How can I recall or change the address on a package that shipped?

Sadly, all other carriers do not allow for in-transit changes.

What do I do if my customer's order shows "Delivered" but they did not receive it?

While this is rare, there are occasions on which recipients claim that they have not received an order even though the tracking URL states otherwise. This often occurs because of theft, or the carrier left the package in a public lobby or space. Unfortunately, we do not have recourse in these situations, but you can request the order to be reshipped through our software.

Can Fulfilling handle my customer support?

Yes, you can outsource your customer support to our team that’ll handle all questions and concerns related to your store. Ask your account manager today about this opportunity. 

Will my customers be updated with tracking?

Yes. GoFulfilling automatically sends a shipment notification to your selling channel as soon as you create the label. This notification includes the order number, shipping service, and tracking number.

GoFulfilling provides automated shipment tracking as a service, supporting over 600 shipping services worldwide, including UPS, FedEx and DHL. Fulfilling provides users a dashboard to check the status of shipments across multiple carriers, and sends out emails and notifications automatically at different shipment stages.

How do I pay?

After your order has been fulfilled, we will only bill you for the orders that we’ve fulfilled with tracking. This gives you the flexibility to operate your business with reduced upfront capital investment while allowing us to deliver your product faster and more efficiently than merchants from AliExpress and private sourcing agents.

Can I add insurance to my shipments?

Yes! Fulfilling offers insurance depending on the product to protect our clients from product damages during shipping.

How fast are your shipping times?

Since we only fulfill express shipping methods, our average shipping times are between 8-15 days when our clients are dropshipping. We do not entertain shipping methods like e-packet shipping, because your brand's longevity will be compromised. Keep in mind that while we are only fulfilling express shipping methods and custom shipping lines, your price will still be very similar to other AliExpress merchants and private sourcing agents quoting you with outdated shipping methods that can take 3-6 months for your end customer to receive their order.

How long does it take Fulfilling to ship out my orders?

We ship everything within 2 days of receiving the order. Since everything is done in house we are able to cut down on a lot of delays that you experience with other sourcing agents and merchants.
